Wheeling Jesuit University to host Culture Fest in March

Wheeling Jesuit University will celebrate its annual Culture Fest on Saturday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Benedum Room, which is located in Swint Hall. This event is a celebration of international heritage and will feature entertainment, native dishes and cultural presentations from more than 15 countries.

This yearly event allows students and employees to display their heritage and to share their culture with fellow students, peers, colleagues, professors and members of the community. In addition to performances and presentations, Wheeling Jesuit students and employees will cook and serve ethnic dishes.

Entertainment will include a combination of dance, music, poetry readings and short presentations. Wheeling Jesuit students will also perform during the event.

Culture Fest is open to everyone including members of the local community. Admission is free, but donations are welcome and appreciated. For more information, please contact the Student Services Office at 304-243-2257.
