ITS Technical Assistance Center
ITS provides support in several areas of technology: Computer Support Services, Administrative Information Services, Web Services, Network & Server Operations (and Telecommunications), and Media Services.

If you know which area of ITS you need assistance in, please select the appropriate link below, and complete the online form that will be displayed from the link.

If you are unsure, please select the general Helpdesk category. Your task will later be directed to the appropriate area.

Once you complete the online form to submit a new task, you will receive an email confirmation of your request. This email message will also include a link that you can use to check that Status and Work History of your request at any time. You can always call the HelpDesk at x4357 to check on your task's status as well.


HelpDesk   For general requests or requests that you are not sure about, create a new HelpDesk task.

Sponsored Programs Support   For ALL technicial support requests for Sponsored Programs, create a new SP task.

Computer Support Svcs   For technical problems with computers and printers, create a new CSS task.

Admin. Information Svcs   For questions/issues with Colleague, Benefactor, Academus, and Informer, create a new AIS task.

Web Services   For updates to the WJU Web Site, Recruiter, e2Campus, DRS, Active Admissions, or webcasting, create a new WWW task.

Network/Server Operations   For network, Internet, WiFi, and Phone issues, create a new NSO task.

Online Learning/Blackboard   For questions or problems with Online Learning; including Blackboard.

Media Reservations   Reserve IT/Media equipment
